How do I check where I was on a certain date?
- Open WHIB on your iPhone.
- Select the date you want to review.
- Look through the places and travel WHIB recorded for that day.
- Cross-check the timeline with your calendar, messages or receipts when exact context matters.
Set it up before the day you need
WHIB records future location breadcrumbs after you install it, grant Always location access and confirm tracking is active. It cannot recreate a day from before installation or recover history that was never recorded.
Useful when a day becomes fuzzy
- Recall the restaurant or store you visited.
- Check the order of errands and appointments.
- Reconstruct a client or property-visit day alongside your calendar and notes.
- Look back at stops from a trip or driving day.
WHIB is a memory aid. It is not proof of attendance, payroll, certified timekeeping or a compliance record.
Private by design
Your location history stays on your iPhone or in your own iCloud backup, not on WHIB's servers. There is no public feed and no manual check-in required.
How far back can I look?
The free version lets you review your most recent three weeks. A WHIB subscription unlocks your entire recorded history. Open Settings → Premium Content to see monthly and yearly options at Apple’s current prices.
