Places visited
Wondering where you were? Look back.
WHIB quietly records your location on your iPhone and organizes the places into a day-by-day history. No manual check-ins. No public timeline.
Offers in-app subscriptions. See current options in the app.
How can I remember where I have been?
Install WHIB, grant Always location access and confirm tracking is active. From then on, open a date in WHIB to revisit the stops it recorded. Set it up before the day or trip you want to remember.
Can it recover old location history?
No. WHIB cannot recreate places from before it was installed and tracking. It records future location breadcrumbs; it does not import Google Maps Timeline or another app's history.
Is my location history private?
Your history stays on your iPhone or in your own iCloud backup, not on WHIB's servers. WHIB does not create a public feed or require public check-ins.
What if a place name has not appeared?
Recording coordinates and resolving them into place names are separate steps. Address resolution needs a data connection. When you reconnect, open WHIB and check Settings → Crumbs if a place remains unresolved.
Keep your full recorded history
The free version lets you view your most recent three weeks. A WHIB subscription unlocks your entire recorded history. After WHIB has recorded a day, open Settings → Premium Content to review monthly and yearly options at Apple’s current prices.
