WHIB may help if your calendar tells you what was planned, but you still need a reminder of where you actually went. If your existing work app already gives you a useful visit history, you may not need another tool.

- Open your history afterward and check that the recorded places and times are useful to you.
- Compare them with your notes before billing. Choose Premium if you need to revisit recorded days beyond the latest three weeks.

A personal memory aid, not employee surveillance
Your location history stays on your device, or in your own iCloud if you choose to back it up. WHIB is for reviewing your own movements. This is not a manager dashboard, dispatch system or team attendance tool.
Does a location record prove a completed visit?
No. Being near a client does not prove that a meeting or job happened. Use WHIB to prompt your memory, then confirm the details with your own notes. Drivers should not use it as an ELD or hours-of-service compliance record.

Finishing an invoice or following up on a visit from more than three weeks ago? A WHIB subscription unlocks your entire recorded history. The free version gives you access to your most recent three weeks. WHIB is a memory aid, not an invoice generator or proof of billable work.
Once you have recorded a day, open WHIB Settings → Premium Content to review monthly and yearly subscriptions at Apple’s current prices. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. WHIB cannot recreate days it never recorded. Keep your history backed up; subscribing is not a backup service.
