A personal memory aid, not employee surveillance
Your location history stays on your device, or in your own iCloud if you choose to back it up. WHIB is for reviewing your own movements. This is not a manager dashboard, dispatch system or team attendance tool.
Does a location record prove a completed visit?
No. Being near a client does not prove that a meeting or job happened. Use WHIB to prompt your memory, then confirm the details with your own notes. Drivers should not use it as an ELD or hours-of-service compliance record.
Look back beyond three weeks
Following up on a visit from more than three weeks ago? A WHIB subscription unlocks your entire recorded history. The free version gives you access to your most recent three weeks.
Once you have recorded a day, open WHIB Settings → Premium Content to review monthly and yearly subscriptions at Apple’s current prices. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. WHIB cannot recreate days it never recorded.
