Your private history
Your location history stays on your iPhone or in your own iCloud backup, not on WHIB’s servers. WHIB is for reviewing your own movements, not employer tracking, team dispatch or fleet monitoring.
What WHIB does not prove
A location breadcrumb near a customer does not prove a meeting, sales call or completed task. WHIB is not a CRM, certified record, mileage tracker, attendance system or compliance tool. Confirm important details with your own records.
Set it up before the visit
WHIB cannot recreate days from before it was installed. Install the app, grant Always location access and confirm tracking is active before the field day you want to remember.
Look back beyond three weeks
The free version lets you view your most recent three weeks. A WHIB subscription unlocks your entire recorded history. Once WHIB has recorded a real day, open Settings → Premium Content to review monthly and yearly subscriptions at Apple’s current prices.

Can WHIB remember an old sales visit from before installation?
No. WHIB starts building history only after it is installed, permission is granted and tracking is active.
Is WHIB only for sales representatives?
No. Consultants, inspectors, property professionals and other mobile workers may also find a private record of places useful.
