That is where a subscription helps. If the last three weeks are enough, start with the free version. If your existing calendar or work app already gives you the history you need, you may not need another tool.
Already using WHIB and need older history? Open Settings → Premium Content → Purchase and review Apple's current options. New to WHIB? Set it up before your next workday and check that the recorded history is useful to you. WHIB cannot recreate days it never recorded.
Reconstruct the sequence, not just the destination
A calendar can tell you what was planned. WHIB helps you recall where the day actually took you: a client office, a second appointment, the airport or an unexpected stop between meetings.
Use it alongside the records you already trust
Review WHIB's location history beside your calendar, notes and receipts. It can prompt your memory when filling gaps, but it does not decide whether time is billable or certify that a meeting happened.

Your history stays on your iPhone or in your own iCloud backup, not on WHIB's servers. WHIB is a personal memory aid, not an employer dashboard or workforce-monitoring service.
Install before the day you need
WHIB cannot recreate history from before it was installed. Set it up, grant Always location access and confirm tracking is active before your next client day.

The free version lets you view your most recent three weeks. A WHIB subscription unlocks your entire recorded history. Once WHIB has recorded a real day, open Settings → Premium Content to review monthly and yearly options at Apple's current prices.

Does WHIB calculate billable hours?
No. WHIB is a personal location-history and recall app, not an invoicing or certified time-tracking system. You decide what time is billable.
Can WHIB recover visits from before installation?
