We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional SMS campaigns through this Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain message content and related service records only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, analyze community feedback, improve the Service, address misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We may delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
7. Eligibility and Misuse
The Service is intended for Brookline residents age 18 and older. We may block, filter, or ignore messages that are abusive, threatening, harassing, spammy, false, unlawful, or clearly unrelated to Brookline community feedback.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information we maintain. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers to operate the Service, including SMS platforms such as Twilio and related infrastructure providers. Those providers may process information on our behalf in order to deliver and support the Service.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
